Abstract

Researchers, graduates and undergraduate students are invited to submit their proposed contributions for consideration.

Accepted abstracts will be published in Journal of Advanced Research (JAR) by Elsevier (Impact factor 11.4)#

Abstract Guidelines

  1. Abstract language: English.
  2. Title:
    • It should be concise and clearly convey the subject of your research.
    • Maximum length: 85 characters, including spaces.
    • It should be written in: Times New Roman, font size 12 pt, Bold, Line spacing 1.15.
  3. Author(s) Names
    • Include full first name, middle initial, last name (in this order). Names appear below the title.
    • It should be written in: Times New Roman, Font size 11, Regular, Line spacing 1.15.
    • Authors affiliation should be written below the names in: Times New Roman, font size 11, Italic, Line spacing 1.15.
  4. Abstract Body
    • Abstracts must not exceed 180 words. Please proofread and do a word count before submitting.

    • It should be written in: Times New Roman, Font size 12, Regular, Line spacing 1.5.
    • It should be submitted as a single paragraph including: introduction, methods, results, discussion, and conclusions.
  5. Keywords
    • About 3-7 key words (arranged alphabetically), must be included below the abstract body.
    • Key words should be written in: Times New Roman, Font size 12, Italic, Line spacing 1.5.

Registration & Abstract Submission:

  1. Registration must be online
  2. The abstract submission deadline is 9th of April 2025.
  3. Upon acceptance of the abstract, the corresponding author will be notified via email (With Fawry Link) to pay the registration fees.
  4. The participants shall send the scanned payment proof (Fawry Receipt) and upload through the link that will be sent later by email after registration (for delegate registration or abstract acceptance).
  5. Payment must be received within maximum 3 days of abstract acceptance or delegate registration; otherwise, registration will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

  • Registrations cancelled up to 08/03/2025 are eligible for a 50% refund of the paid registration fees.
  • Registrations cancelled after 08/03/2025 are no longer eligible for a refund.
